Macquarie Light, Australia's first lighthouse, began operating on 30 November 1818. The original lighthouse built on this site was designed by Francis Greenway by order of Governor Lachlan Macquarie.
A keen photographer and painter, I love stories. Stories of ordinary people and their lives. This intersects with my appreciation of all forms of architecture and the built environment.
